Lenoir Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine is dedicated to caring for a wide range of pulmonary diseases and respiratory allergies in patients. Our physician is a pulmonologist who conducts thorough assessment, evaluation, education, and management of patients with pulmonary and Sleep-related illnesses.
Since 1998, Lenoir Memorial Hospital and *Sleep Services of America began providing sleep studies to the community.
*Sleep Services of America is a sleep service provider with over 20 years experience in the field of sleep medicine. 2005 Recipient of the Frost & Sullivan Sleep Service Provider Industry Innovation and Advancement Award.

We try to adhere to our appointment schedule and respect your time. We appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or surgeries.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Please call the office at 252-527-9800 to reschedule or to cancel an appointment.
We make every effort to be responsible when it comes to the costs associated with medical care. Therefore, we request payment for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept, checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them and request your co-payments. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility.
We’ll assist in any way we can to help you in handling claims. We accept most major insurance plans including but not inclusive: Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Atlantic Integrated Health, BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, Tri-Care, and Workers Compensation.
Please attempt to make all requests for prescriptions and authorizations for renewals at the time of your visit.
Outside of office visits we ask that you contact the office between the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, when our full records are available.
